HOW TO USE computersvillage.com ONLINE STORE

Welcome to Computersvillage. You are welcome to browse through the products in the catalogue. You can browse products by categories or just enter a keyword into the search button at the top. If you would like to place an order, please go through the following simple steps:

To Register/Log in:

1. Click on the login button at the top of the homepage, it would take you to the registration/log in page.

2. If you are a new customer, click on the New Customer button and it would take you to the registration form. You would be required to fill in your name and e-mail address. You would also need to create a password for your Africa Retail account. As soon as you submit the form, a confirmation e-mail would be sent to your e-mail address, this is just to confirm that the e-mail address entered is valid. Check your e-mail address to conclude the registration process. You would then be able to login to your Africa Retail account!

3. If you are a returning customer, just enter your e-mail address and password to log into your account.

To shop:

4. Browse through the range of products available on the website. When you find any product you would like to buy, just add to Cart. As you add products to cart, your cart would be populated and at any time during your shopping proess, you would be able to see how many products you have in your cart and the total value of products in your cart.

5. When you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top of your screen.

6. At checkout, follow the on-screen instruction to enter your billing address details, shipping information, shipping method and payment information.

7. Review all the details of your order.

8. Place your order.

Looking for something and cannot find it? Use our wishlist option:

9.  Click on the Request Quotet button on the homepage.

10. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill in the form.

11. Submit.

12. Your form would be processed and an e-mail with be sent to you to let you know that your form has been processed.

13. Click on the link in the e-mail, it would take you to the product page.

14. Add the prodcut to cart and check out when you have finished shopping.

As soon as we confirm payment for your order, your order would be processed and you would receive regular updates on the progress of your order.
